No long-term contract
We’re not here to lock you into a long-term contract. You can sign up for any tier on a monthly or annual subscription, and you can upgrade your tier or cancel at any time.
Fees
Vendors pay a commission fee on every service booked through the platform. Your commission fee will vary depending on the tier you’ve signed up with: Starter – 6.5%, Pro – 4.5%, Elite – 3.5%.
Tips
We take $0 from any tips our vendors receive through the platform. You work hard to get the job done right and to provide the best customer service, and we want to make sure you receive this full benefit.

Does BookIt take a percentage of online bookings?
Yes, vendors pay a commission fee on every service booked through the platform. The commission amount varies depending on the subscription tier you’ve signed up with.
How do I install BookIt?
You need to receive an invitation to the app, along with downloading it on your mobile device. From there, you will be able to access the web platform to easily add your information. Reach out here to get signed up.
How long does it take to set up?
It can take as little as 15 minutes to get your profile set up and your services added, depending on how many services you had. From there, your profile will go to our admin team for review and approval. Once approved, your business will be listed and you can start receiving bookings!
Can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscribers, it will be effective at the end of that month. For yearly subscribers, it will be effective at the one-year anniversary date.
How does the free trial work?
For a limited time, your first month is on us! After the first 30 days, you will be automatically set up for monthly payments for the subscription tier you selected. You can change this to yearly instead or cancel before the 30-day trial is over.
